Service Description
If you are hoping to come in in-person, please schedule the 30 minute "Initial Phone Consult" before booking. If you are looking to book your full consult as a phone call, rather than in person, the Initial Phone Consult is not required, but welcomed. Prices vary depending on instructor: Mellie or Sheri: $180 Laura (Owner/Head Trainer): $225
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. Reschedules are treated as cancellations. We ask that you cancel if your dog is in heat - cancellations for heat cycles are refunded, but you will not be able to re-book for 23 days. If you notice your dog coming in to heat and you have an appointment booked, please let us know as soon as you notice as our 23 day count begins when we are notified. ​Cancellations within 24 hours due to human or dog injury or illness will not be refunded, but you will be able to book your next appointment at 50% off (must be same service and same instructor to receive discount).
