Cancellation Policy

General: * Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50%. * Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. * Reschedules are treated as cancellations. Females in Season: We ask that you cancel if your dog is in heat - cancellations for heat cycles are refunded, but you will not be able to re-book for 23 days. If you notice your dog coming in to heat and you have an appointment booked, please let us know as soon as you notice as our 23 day count begins when we are notified. Injury/Illness: * ​Cancellations within 24 hours due to human or dog injury or illness will not be refunded, but you will be able to book your next appointment at 50% off (must be same service and same instructor to receive discount). * Dogs showing signs of illness must present a veterinarian's note stating that they are not contagious in order to attend their lesson or class. Dangerous Weather Cancellations: * Lessons and classes will be rescheduled due to dangerous weather at CloverField K9's discretion. * All lessons and classes in non-temperature controlled areas will be rescheduled if temperatures reach 25 degrees Fahrenheit or below. * Outdoor classes and lessons will be rescheduled if there is thunder or lightening during class-time or within 30 minutes before. Activities that could be moved inside will have that option. * Unsafe travel conditions will result in the option to reschedule based on the road conditions near to CloverField K9. If you are traveling from far away and conditions do not match ours, please reach out directly as we do not want anybody getting hurt coming for their lesson! * In the event that your private lesson is rescheduled due to weather, your payment will be applied to the next available time that works for you.
