Required before an in-person Behavior Modification appointment
Service Description
A half-hour phone consult is required before coming in for your first in-person consult. Sometimes, the issue you're having may be a simple solution that we can resolve in your initial phone consult. Otherwise, understanding the issues that you are having before coming in for your in-person consult helps us be as best prepared as possible to set the situation up for success and also give you the best value for your time with us.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. Reschedules are treated as cancellations. We ask that you cancel if your dog is in heat - cancellations for heat cycles are refunded, but you will not be able to re-book for 23 days. If you notice your dog coming in to heat and you have an appointment booked, please let us know as soon as you notice as our 23 day count begins when we are notified. ​Cancellations within 24 hours due to human or dog injury or illness will not be refunded, but you will be able to book your next appointment at 50% off (must be same service and same instructor to receive discount).
